AttendeesAlerter - reminds meetings to your guests - details
Basics:

AttendeesAlerter let you send email remainders to people invited to meeting planned in iCal:

  • every 30 minutes AttendeesAlerter checks your iCal's calendars searching for appointments with guests (events with attendees)
  • when an appointment with guests is found an email is sent to every invited guest
