2. What This Policy Covers

This policy explains what information is processed when you use our websites, apps, and related services, including:

3. Information We Process

Depending on the platform and features you use, we may process the following categories of information:

3.1 Identifiers and account-related data

3.2 Gameplay and service data (online features)

3.3 Location data (optional)

If you choose to use Geo Leaderboards, we request location permission and process your approximate location. The app requests location with a coarse accuracy target (about kilometer-level accuracy), subject to your device settings, including approximate/precise location controls where available.

Your location (latitude/longitude) is used to calculate and show geo-based rankings for your area. The app does not show your exact location to other users (no pins or exact positioning on a map). If you do not want location processed for this feature, do not enable Geo Leaderboards and/or deny location permission.

3.4 Diagnostic and analytics data

Note: some analytics events may include internal gameplay identifiers (e.g., match identifiers and player identifiers) to help debug online issues.

3.5 Support communications

If you contact support by email or through the support form on our website, we process the information you choose to provide, including your contact details, the selected app or platform, and your message, in order to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. The website form is provided by POWR, Inc., which processes form submissions and related technical data on our behalf as a service provider. Depending on the form configuration, this technical data may include your IP address, browser and device information, cookie data, approximate location (country or city), referring URL, and interactions with the form. Diagnostic attachments generated by an app may also be received if you choose to send them by email. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form.

4. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

This section applies if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Legal bases may vary depending on the feature.

6. Advertising

Our apps may display ads to support development, unless you purchase “no ads”. We use Google AdMob and its mediation partners to serve ads.

The apps may request consent through:

Google AdMob and its mediation partners may process data such as your IP address, device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent abuse, and, where you have given consent, personalize ads. You can learn more about how Google uses data here: https://business.safety.google/privacy/.

If you do not grant permission/consent, we will attempt to serve non-personalized ads where available, or we may not show ads.

7. Push Notifications (Online Invitations)

If you enable notifications, we register your device for remote notifications and associate a notification token with your onmadesoft player/device on our backend so we can deliver online match invitations.

8. Purchases

iOS/iPadOS/macOS: purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to check purchase entitlements (e.g., “no ads”) and to display available offerings.

Android: purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details. Google Play tells the app whether your purchase is valid so we can unlock benefits such as removing ads.

9. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only as needed to provide the services described above, including with:

Mediation partners can vary over time based on AdMob configuration and ad availability in your region.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, and services.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide online services and comply with legal obligations.

Our current retention periods for backend data are:

Support emails, diagnostic attachments, and copies of form submissions held directly by us are retained for a limited period needed to resolve your request (typically up to 2 months, unless longer is necessary for the specific case). Website form submissions are also stored by POWR while our POWR service remains active, unless deleted earlier. After termination, POWR applies the deletion schedule described in its Data Processing Agreement.

11. Your Choices and Controls

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection/restriction. To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].

If we cannot identify you from the information provided, we may ask for additional details (for example your Game Center or Google Play Games nickname/identifier) to locate your records in our backend. Deleting backend identifiers may disable online features and remove you from leaderboards.

California Notice

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some advertising-related disclosures may be considered “sharing” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can limit ad tracking or ad personalization through your platform settings and our consent flows.

13. International Transfers

Our online services are hosted on Heroku infrastructure in the United States, and some of our service providers operate globally and may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as provided by those vendors.

POWR processes website support-form data using infrastructure and sub-processors that may be located in the United States or other countries. POWR describes its transfer safeguards in its Data Processing Agreement.

14. Children

Our apps are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected].
