Games and settings on your device
You do not need an account or an internet connection to play. The app stores your current game, overall results, chosen rules, sound and assistance preferences, and the days on which you completed at least one hand on your device. King does not upload these records to OnMadeSoft or to an online leaderboard. The day counter provides three ad-free play days, which need not be consecutive. Device backups depend on your Apple settings.
Crash reports
Firebase Crashlytics sends crash traces and installation identifiers to Google to find and fix problems, along with technical app, operating system and device information. It is active from the first launch, including ad-free days and assisted play. We do not add your name, email address or cards to these reports. Google states that traces and associated identifiers are retained for 90 days before deletion from live and backup systems begins.
Usage statistics
The Firebase Analytics library is included, but event collection is disabled in this version. Your games are not reported through Analytics. Advertising services may still process their own measurement data as described below.
Ads and consent
Ads are excluded with VoiceOver, assisted controls or the assisted interface for very large text, and the game remains free.
When ads become eligible, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks and presents the consent requests applicable in your region. The form identifies applicable partners and purposes. Where required, you can review your choices in Your King → Ad privacy preferences. You can decline or withdraw optional permissions and still play.
Advertising service data
AdMob may process IP addresses, including to estimate a general location, device or app identifiers, ads viewed, interactions, and diagnostic and performance data for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. The app does not request GPS location access, does not present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency request, and does not access Apple’s IDFA advertising identifier.
Purposes, legal bases and recipients
Local game and preference management provides the game you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Technical diagnostics serve our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable app and fixing faults (Article 6(1)(f)). Advertising personalisation and device access requiring consent rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a)); partner purposes and any other legal bases are specified in the UMP form. Optional consent is not a condition for playing.
Technical data recipients include Google and its service providers for Crashlytics; for ads, Google and partners identified in the UMP form. Google generally acts as a processor for Crashlytics; advertising services and partners may also act as independent controllers. OnMadeSoft does not sell saved games or send disability information or assistance settings to advertising services.
Retention and international transfers
Local records remain on your device until replaced, deleted or removed with the app; backups are managed by Apple according to your settings. Crashlytics retention is described above. Advertising data and consent preference retention depend on the service, purposes and applicable choices.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers are subject to safeguards in applicable terms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email [email protected], mentioning King and your request. As there is no account, we may ask only for information necessary to locate the relevant records. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or your country’s competent supervisory authority.
The game does not request your name, email, contacts, photos, microphone or health information. If you contact us voluntarily, we use your message and contact details to answer and handle the request for as long as needed and for applicable legal obligations.
Updates and service policies
If we introduce new data collection, online services or usage statistics, we will update this document and request any consent that is needed.
